Streamline Automation performs engineering design and analysis services for clients in the power generation industry. These services are often performed to demanding schedules to support critical path tasks, or to meet regulatory requirements. We have a comprehensive suite of engineering tools that are applied to service projects, with several examples shown below.
Streamline Automation performs pipe stress analyses based on the appropriate ASME code for power piping systems. An example of this is shown below. These analyses often include transient (time history) piping loads in addition to the more common pressure and thermal loadings.

In addition to performing piping design and stress analysis, Streamline Automation also
designs pipe supports for these systems. These are often customized based on field
conditions in the area around the piping for systems installed in existing plants. Examples are shown below.

Our structural analysis
expertise has been applied to a wide variety of situations using
appropriate software tools. The figure on the left shows a beam
model of a pipe rack that was retrofitted with a large concentrated
load at an elevation of 30' above grade. The figure on the right
shows the finite element analysis-based optimization of a valve
disk.
